Pakistan to continue efforts for promotion of education in Afghanistan: Envoy

ISLAMABAD, May 19 (APP): Pakistan’s Ambassador to
Afghanistan, Syed Abrar Hussain on Thursday reiterated his
country’s resolve to continue efforts for the promotion of education in Afghanistan.

He stated this while addressing the send off ceremony,
organized for Afghan students, in the Embassy of Pakistan in Kabul, according to a message received here from Kabul.

Speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador said that
Pakistan had been offering fully funded scholarship, under the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme for Afghan Students since 2009.
