Lok Virsa organizes screening of classic film ‘Aaina’

ISLAMABAD, May 21 (APP): Lok Virsa Mandwa Film Club on Saturday organized screening of classic film ‘Aaina’ here at Lok Virsa Media Centre.

Bahaar Begum was the special guest on the occasion. Bahar Begum is an actress best known for many movies since 1956. She was first introduced to film industry by the renowned film director Anwar Kamal Pasha in film Chann Mahi (1956).

The film Aaina was produced in 1977 and directed by Nazr-ul-Islam. The film starred Shabnam and Nadeem in the lead roles and holds the distinction for being the longest running Pakistani film at the cinemas on record.
