PPAF organizes free medical camp in Upper Kohistan

ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): To mark the Independence Day celebrations, the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) in partnership with Salik Development Foundation (SDF) Wednesday organized a free medical camp at the Basic Health Unit (BHU) in Jalkot, Upper Kohistan.

The camp has been organized as part of the ongoing Pakistan Independence Day campaign in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and Paigham-e-Pakistan.

The camp provided medical services to 200 patients, with free medicines distributed to all.

A team of medical specialists, including MBBS doctors and technicians, ensured the provision of quality care. This initiative symbolizes the essence of independence—freedom from illness and the right to live a healthy life.

A session on e-commerce was organized in Dasu, Upper Kohistan, aimed at educating and empowering local youth with the knowledge and skills to engage in online business opportunities.
