PM, Umar Ayub discuss progress of development projects in HaripurSLAMABAD, June 4 (APP): Minister for Economic Affairs Umar Ayub Khan, Akbar Ayub Khan, Arshad Ayub Khan and Yusuf Ayub Khan called on Prime Minister Imran Khan here on Friday.

Senator Faisal Javed was present in the meeting during which the Prime Minister was apprised of the progress of ongoing development projects in Haripur and the proposed projects with particular focus on the development Khalabat as a model town.

The Prime Minister was also told about the popularity of health card scheme among the people in Haripur.

During the meeting the matters relating to the resolution of problems faced by the employees of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Telecommunications Industries Pakistan (TIP) were discussed.

The Prime Minister appreciated the suggestions regarding the projects of promoting tourism, provision of low-cost housing and the establishment of digital city in Haripur and directed for the completion of ongoing projects within the stipulated time.
