PM expresses grief over death of Safdar Javed

ISLAMABAD, April 12 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz on Saturday expressed his grief and sorrow over the death of Safdar Javed Syed, former chairman Bank of Punjab and former chairman Punjab Public Service Commission.

The prime minister prayed for the high ranks of the departed soul and for the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.

He also expressed his sympathies for the bereaved family in this hour of grief.

The prime minister observed that late Safdar Javed had been a competent, honest and sincere officer and his life was worth emulating for others to follow.
