Mechanism in final stages to regularize daily-wages employees of FDE

ISLAMABAD, April 13 (APP)- Minister In-charge of the Capital
Administration and Development Division, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry,  Wednesday informed the National Assembly that a committee had been constituted to regularize the services of daily wages staff of the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE).
He said a committed under the chairmanship of Hasseb Ather, an  official of Federal Public Service Commission had been constituted to conduct interviews of the daily wage employees on the directions of Islamabad High court.
He said a summary had been forwarded to the Prime Minister’s office  through CA&D Division to delegate power to the Committee for Regularization (Mr.
Haseeb Ather’s Committee) by amending its terms of reference (TORs) to consider regularization of FDE employees from BS-16 and BS-17.
He said the proposal was also forward that powers may be delegated to  the committee under chairmanship of Joint Secretary (Education), CA&D Division to recommend cases for regularization of FDE employees from BS-01 to BS-15 .
He said the ministry had received budget for salaries of daily-wages  employees of FDE till June 2017.
He said the testing mechanism for regularization of daily-wages  employees was in final stage and assured that their regularization issue would soon be resolved.
