Majlis-e-Shoora session starts

ISLAMABAD, April 11 (APP): The session of Majlis-e-Shoora (Joint Sitting) started on Monday at 11:10 am with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and Naat.

Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.

The agenda item included reports of the committee on various bills and six bills, namely the Pakistan International Airlines Corporation (Conversion) Bill, 2016, the Emigration (Amendment) Bill, 2014, the Civil Servants (Amendment) Bill, 2014, the Anti-Rape Laws (Criminal Laws Amendment) Bill, 2015 and the Anti-Honour Killing Laws (Criminal Laws Amendment) Bill, 2015.
