ICT key enabler of socio-economic development: Anusha

ISLAMABAD, March 12 (APP): Minister for Information Technology Anusha Rahman has been invited by UNESCO and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for the formulation of policy to use technology for the proliferation of education. While addressing this forum at UNESCO’s Mobile Learning Week at Paris, Anusha Rahman said, “ICT is the key enabler of socio economic development,” according to a message received here from Paris.
