Bilawal congratulates new body of LPC

KARACHI, Jan (APP)- Chairman, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has congratulated the newly elected body of Lahore Press Club (LPC) here.
In a congratulatory message on Monday to newly elected President Muhammad Shahbaz Mian and other office bearers, he said that Lahore Press Club was a role model institute for journalists and was pioneer of media activism in the province.
PPP Chairman further said that National and Regional Media was playing positive role and it was required to make it more pro-active and constructive as it was recognized as fourth pillar of the state.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also assured that party would remain with journalist community to protect their rights and media freedom as it always
did.
