GUJRAT, Feb 17 (APP):Traffic Police Gujrat organized a road safety awareness seminar at GTS Chowk under the directives of Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr. Usman Anwar.
District Traffic Officer (DTO) Raza Hasnain Awan led the session, focusing on the importance of helmet use among motorcyclists.
SP Investigation Gujrat Maher Muhammad Riaz attended the event as chief guest, along with journalists, civil society members, and citizens.
Addressing the participants, the SP Investigation highlighted helmet safety and raised awareness about the dangers of kite flying.
As part of the initiative, safety rods were installed on motorcycles, and pamphlets were distributed to promote helmet use.
The event concluded with the distribution of free helmets to citizens, encouraging safer riding practices.
