SUKKUR, Apr 09 (APP):Sindh Government Spokesperson and Sukkur Mayor Barrister Arslan Sheikh has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Senator Taj Haider, a stalwart of the Pakistan Peoples Party and a prominent figure in the country.
In his statement on Wednesday said that Senator Taj Haider endured imprisonment and hardships during challenging times but remained steadfast in his commitment to the ideals of the party’s founder. His contributions to the party, democracy, and the country’s strengthening are unforgettable.
He said that his demise is a significant loss to the party and the political landscape. Barrister Arslan Sheikh prayed for Senator Taj Haider’s forgiveness and elevation in status, while also offering condolences to his family during this difficult time.
