LAHORE, Aug 04 (APP):The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) organised a solemn ceremony in respect of the brave police martyrs and their families on Police Martyrs’ Day.
The event was held to pay tribute to the fallen heroes who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty to ensure the safety and security of our nation. During the ceremony, Safe City officers, along with representatives from Allied forces, Operation Command, and police communication officers, recited Fateha and offered special prayers in memory of the martyrs. The officers also prayed for the prosperity of the country and its people.
The PSCA spokesperson said: “The martyrs are our precious asset, and their eternal sacrifices will always be remembered. These brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the path of duty are our pride.”
The ceremony was a poignant reminder of the selfless dedication and courage of our police force, whose sacrifices have paved the way for a safer and more secure society.
