LAHORE, Feb 09 (APP):Punjab Sports Minister Faisal Khokhar met with PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi here on Sunday.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed matters of mutual interest, organising and arranging cricket tournaments.
Faisal Khokhar congratulated him on the completion of the construction of Gaddafi Stadium in record time. The minister said that the manner in which he completed the big task was commendable, and with the cooperation of the PCB, cricket would be promoted at all levels.
Mohsin Naqvi offered all possible cooperation to the Punjab government for the promotion of sports and said that Allah Almighty has rewarded the team’s day and night hard work for Gaddafi Stadium. Preparations for the Champions Trophy are complete, he added.
