ISLAMABAD, Jan 09 (APP):Central Secretary General of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, emphasized the importance of public service as the cornerstone of the party’s mission while addressing the JUI-F Islamabad Executive Council meeting on Thursday.
He called upon party workers to dedicate themselves to serving the people while upholding the prophetic legacy of human service, political guidance, and ideological leadership.
Highlighting the party’s commitment to justice, Maulana Haideri stated, “We must resist all forms of oppression and tyranny.” He stressed the need for strengthening the party’s organizational structure at the grassroots level, stating that effective progress hinges on robust unit-level organization.
Reiterating JUI-F’s steadfast stance, he affirmed, “The party will never compromise on Islamic values and principles.” He also celebrated the approval of the Religious Seminaries Act, terming it a major success for the party.
Maulana Haideri expressed his vision for Pakistan as an Islamic welfare state, asserting, “Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam is fighting for the cause of Islam in Parliament.” He further highlighted the party’s legacy of unity and mutual cooperation, adding, “The party always progresses through unity and solidarity.”
Mufti Owais Aziz, the head of JUI-F Islamabad, assured the leadership of the region’s dedication to fulfilling their responsibilities. “We will organize and strengthen JUI-F in Islamabad,” he said.
The meeting witnessed significant participation from council members, underscoring the party’s strong organizational presence in the federal capital.
