ISLAMABAD, Jan 12 (APP):The funeral prayers of Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) Constable Zubair, who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty, were offered with state honors at the Police Lines Headquarters on Sunday.
According to a police spokesperson the Inspector General (IG) Police, officials from law enforcement agencies, the district administration, and police officers attended the funeral to pay their respects.
He said the burial of the martyred officer will take place at the H-11 graveyard.
The IG Rizvi expressed condolences to the bereaved family and assured them that the perpetrators would be brought to justice.
“This sacrifice will not be forgotten. We will ensure the culprits face the full force of the law,” IG stated.
