HARIPUR, Sep 14 (APP):Inspector General Jail Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in conjunction with various performance indicators, conducted an assessment of prisons in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Thursday. The results revealed that Central Jail Haripur (CJH) emerged as the top-performing facility among all central jails in the province.
Superintendent Central Jail Haripur Aamir Khan was honored with a certificate of recognition for his exceptional leadership and contributions to various aspects of prison management.
These areas of excellence included the rehabilitation industry within the prison, healthcare provisions for inmates, the well-being and advancement of both prison staff and inmates, afforestation and cleanliness initiatives, enhancing the security and discipline of prison staff and several other crucial performance indicators.
This assessment carried out in December 2022, showcased substantial improvements compared to previous evaluations, with a primary focus on enhancing the quality of life within the prison.
Central Jail Haripur has consistently demonstrated remarkable performance in various domains.
