President Diplomat Business Club asks Pakistani tech businesses to join digital revolution

ISLAMABAD, June 22 (APP): President Diplomat Business Club and former ambassador Javed Malik on Saturday urged Pakistani tech businesses to become a part of the digital revolution that was transforming the global business landscape.

He was addressing the Global Business Forum 2024, in Dubai, UAE which brought together delegates from over 30 countries under the auspices of Diplomat Business Club to explore business, trade and investment opportunities through global collaboration.

Diplomat Business Club facilitates business leaders to connect, collaborate, and explore new avenues to expand their businesses and also build new alliances to co-create new businesses ventures particularly in the digital business landscape.

Javed Malik stressed that digital transformation and innovation was changing the nature of doing business and smart investors and business owners should be willing embrace this change, a press release said.

The president Diplomat Business Club further urged them to focusing their attention to new and innovative businesses ideas in the areas of fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics, renewable energy, space technology, autonomous vehicles, clean energy, quantum computing and other technology-based businesses ventures that are clearly the future of business.

Javed Malik said that the presence of diplomats, business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and CEOs from more than 30 countries highlighted the Club’s position as a premier global platform for business diplomacy in the region.

Speaking to media, he said that Diplomat Business Club would extend support to the Pakistani companies that wanted to reach international markets as well as qualified start-ups that sought funding.

He said that Diplomat Club’s global engagement team has been in discussions with Chambers of Commerce in Pakistan and some tech companies to facilitate them where possible.

Other speakers and participants of the global business forum included Trade Commissioner of Italy Valerio Soldani, Consul Generals, Trade Commissioners & Chairmen of business councils from Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Pakistan, China, Russia, Spain, Mexico, Azerbaijan, South Africa as well as senior officials from the UAE Ministry of Economy.
