Budget to bring basic commodities in reach of common man: Nehal Hashmi

ISLAMABAD, June 5 (APP): Senator Nehal Hashmi said that the budget has announced strong initiatives to bring basic commodities in the reach of a common citizen.

Talking to APP outside Parliament House, he said that the government  has imposed taxes on those who were living a luxurious life while  common man was provided maximum relief which was a wise step.

The budgetary allocations for education, subsidy on agri-products and promotion of investments were welcoming steps and would strengthen the  national economy.

He termed the budget overall balanced and said “it would have far reaching impacts on the lives of common citizens”.
