MULTAN, Nov 18 (APP):Multan Development Authority (MDA) teams have intensified crackdown on encroachments on the directions of Director General Rana Saleem Ahmed Khan here on Tuesday.
The MDA enforcement team cleared illegal encroachment from various areas of the city including Northern Bypass, Model Town Road, Bcg Chowk, Bahawalpur Bypass and the surrounding ares of the city.
According to the spokesman of Multan Development Authority (MDA), the instructions given by the Government of Punjab are fully being implemented in the city for cleaner, greener Punjab. Teams are conducting raids on daily basic at different areas and markets, he said, adding that these actions are being taken to maintain cleanliness and strict action will be taken against any elements involved in encroachments. He appealed to citizens to cooperate with the teams and discourage elements involved in spoiling beauty of the city.
