DERA GHAZI KHAN, Aug 07 (APP):Punjab Food Authority (PFA) have recovered 700 litre adulterated milk going to be delivered at different locations of the city during a crackdown launched on Wednesday.
In line with special directives of the Director General PFA Muhammad Asim Javed, the PFA food safety teams launched a crackdown against adulterators. The teams set up pickets at entry points of the city and checked quality of milk being supplied in the city.
During the checking, the teams recovered over 700 litre adulterated milk and disposed it off at the spot. The teams also visited different shops and checked quality of the food items. The food safety teams issued warning to various shopkeepers and directed them to improve cleanliness and quality of material.
