ISLAMABAD, May 19 (APP): The Grotesque and The Tragic: These two descriptions aptly fit the bill as far as the tumultuous surfeit of motorbikes on the roads of cities and towns across the country is concerned.
Rightly called the poor man’s private mode of transport, the motorbikes are aplenty on the roads but need to be brought strictly in line with traffic rules.
The lanes and streets of slums and poor-income localities are especially clogged with these bikers who show scant regard for traffic rules, often causing traffic chaos for motorists and pedestrians alike.
