President for provision of all essential services to people of Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, Apr 11 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain Monday directed the newly elected Mayor of Islamabad to beautify the federal capital and devise a practical mechanism to solve the issue of illegal settlements and slum in the city.

He was talking to the newly elected Mayor of Islamabad Sheikh Anser Aziz who called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, the President hoped he would utilize his capabilities in serving the people of Islamabad and provide them essential services to further improve their standard of life.

President Mamnoon Hussain said for the first time in Islamabad’s history governance has been transferred to the grass roots level and said measures must be taken to further enhance the beauty of Islamabad.
