JKLL condemns execution of Afzal Guru PDF Print E-mail
MIRPUR (AJK) Feb 10 (APP): Jammu & Kashmir Liberation League (JKLL) condemned the hanging of Kashmir freedom movement activist Afzal Guru in an Indian Jail here on Sunday.Addressing a news conference at his residence, Justice (Retd) Mallick said “The hanging of Guru has exposed the hollowness of administration of justice in Indian Courts and brought a bad name to so called claim to secularism and democracy in India.”

“Execution of Afzal Guru on the basis of circumstantial, fabricated and challenged evidence was a farce”, observes Justice (Retd) Abdul Majeed Mallick, the JKLL President and former Chief Justice of AJK High Court.
The ex CJ of AJK High Court emphasized that the ongoing Kashmir  freedom movement shall get fresh impetus.
The JKLL President called upon the government and the people of Pakistan to extend their full support to the freedom movement of Jammu & Kashmir.
