MULTAN, Aug 20 (APP): Former Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Monday urged the nation to stand united to promote peace in the country and defeat menace of terrorism. Talking to media after offering Eid prayer at the mosque of Darbar Musa Pak Shaheed, he called upon masses to show patience and fortitude during their life - the same patience which was observed during the holy month of Ramzan. “We all have to work for peace and put together our energies to root out  menace of terrorism,” he said. Answering a question, Gilani said PML-N leadership was using delaying tactics on the issue of establishment of Seraiki province.  He said, all the political parties, except for PML-N, unanimously believe in the establishment of Seraiki province to end sense of deprivation among the people of this area.  The reservations of PML-N on the issue were meaningless, he added.
