Latest scandal again damaged game’s image: Ex-cricketers
ISLAMABAD, May 22 (APP): Former Pakistan players perceive the recent spot-fixing scandal as a cause to faint the image of the game of cricket and has stone the ongoing Indian Premier League. Talking to private news channel, Former Test captain Zaheer Abbas said that he was shocked by the scandal involving Indian Test player, S.Sreesanth and two others Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan.

9th PPFL to start from Sept 5 PDF Print E-mail
ISLAMABAD, Aug 1 (APP): The 9th Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) will kick off on September 5 at eight venues across the country with sixteen teams competing in the competition. The league will conclude on December 30. The league will be played in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Quetta, Noushki, Chaman, Faisalabad and Lahore. However, these venues will be finalized after the visit of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) ground inspection team to the venues, says a press release issued here. During inspection if the ground situation is not suitable, the PFF will have the option to make the final decision for the hometown ground.
