National ranking boxing tournament next month

LAHORE, May 22 (APP): National ranking boxing tournament will be held from June 20 at Hyderabad under the aegis of Pakistan Boxing Federation. “It will be a top national level boxing activity being held after the elections of the present regime of the PBF,” said Secretary, PBF, Iqbal Hussain while talking to APP here on Wednesday.

ISLAMABAD, May 22 (APP): Former Pakistan players perceive the recent spot-fixing scandal as a cause to faint the image of the game of cricket and has stone the ongoing Indian Premier League. Sports federations given two-month time to implement sports policy

ISLAMABAD, July 5 (APP): The Executive Committee of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) on Thursday gave two-month time to affiliated sports federations to act upon the Supreme Court’s decision for the implementation of the National Sports Policy. The special committee of Executive Committee of PSB, which met here at Sports Complex under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani, was attended by Pakistan Olympic Chief, representatives of national sports federations and PSB officials.
