Shahid Afridi named captain of T20
LAHORE, Sep 16 (APP): Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday named all rounder Shahid Afridi as captain of the Pakistan T20 squad till the ICC World T20 in 2016.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 11 (APP): Pakistan players who are centrally contracted to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) could lose 25 percent of their salary if they fail to match fitness levels prescribed by the National Cricket Academy (NCA).

Pakistan, India U19 Asia Cup final ends in a draw PDF Print E-mail
ISLAMABAD, July 1 (APP): Pakistan and India on Sunday put up an excellent show in the Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup final which ended in a draw in Malaysia. Put into bat, Pakistan piled up a total of 282 runs in 50 overs for the loss of nine wickets. Opener Sami Aslam played a magnificent innings of 134 runs with the help of 13 fours and three sixes in 124 balls. Umar Waheed batted well at 48 runs followed by Saad Ali (23), Salman Afridi (12), Babar Azam (10) andImam-ul-Haq (10).
