Peshawar Press Club Inter-Media Cricket Tournament begins
PESHAWAR, Nov 30 (APP): The second edition of the Peshawar Press Club Inter-Media Cricket Tournament got under way here at Maazullah Khan Cricket Academy and BISE Grounds on Monday. Senior Minister Sharam Khan Tarakhai and Senior Journalist Rahim Ullah Yousazai formally inaugurated the month long event that carrying a total of 32 teams comprising Geo TV, ARY News, Dunia TV, Dawn News, APP, Express News, 92 HD News, Daily Suba, Waqat News, Sports Writers Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Journalist XI, Channel 24 News, Daily Aaaj, Nai Baath, Daily Jang, Sama News, BBC News, Daily Khyber, Khyber News, Daily Aeen, Aaj News, Daily Express, The News, Daily Mashriq, Neo TV, Abb Tak News, Photo Journalist Tigers. WAPDA's players grab Naval's Chief Staff Amateur Golf Tournament
ISLAMABAD, Nov 30 (APP): The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority's players Muhammad Rehman and Ghazanfar Mehmood snatched All Pakistan Chief of Navel Staff Amateur Golf Tournament, held at Royal Palm Golf Club, by obtaining first and second positions respectively.

ISLAMABAD, Nov 29 (APP): Pakistan bowling Coach Mushtaq Ahmed said the players should make Test skipper Misbah-ul-Haq as their role-model as his fitness is commendable and an example to follow.  Mushtaq said Misbah is 40 plus now and still his fitness is admirable, therefore the current players should see him as an example to follow.

PESHAWAR, Nov 29 (APP): Mardan Board clinched the trophy of the All-Pakistan Inter-Board Girls Netball Championship after defeating Peshawar Board in the final played at Post Graduate College for Women Mardan on Sunday.

ISLAMABAD, Nov 29 (APP): Top tennis seeds have confirmed their entries for participating in the Subh-e-Nau (SN) National Tennis Championship to be staged here at the PTF Tennis Complex from which will be played from Monday (November 30). Davis Cupper and seasoned Pakistani tennis veteran Aqeel Khan, Shahza Khan, Muhammad Abid, top junior player Muhammad Mudassar and leading women players Sara Mansoor have confirmed their entries for the tournament.

Trials for selection of Pak Jr women hockey team PDF Print E-mail
LAHORE, June 8 (APP)- The trials to select the final lineup of Pakistan Junior Women’s Hockey Team for the participation in the 6th Women’s Junior Asia Cup will be held on June 13 at Hockey Club of Pakistan Stadium. The one-day trials will be participated by the camp trainees who are attending the camp in two daily sessions, said a spokesman of Pakistan Hockey Federation here on Friday. The Jr Asia Cup will be played from June 27 to July 8 in Bangkok.
