INCHEON, Sept 21 (APP): Pakistan shooters have a disappointing day in  the shooting competition of 17th Asian Games at Ongnyeon International Shooting Range on Sunday.

INCHEON, Sept 21 (APP): Pakistan’s Muhammad Asif crashed out of the 100 meter backstroke after finishing eighth and last in the Asian Games Swimming Championship at Munhak Park Tae-hwan Aquatics Centre on Sunday.

INCHEON, South Korea, Sept 20 (APP): Full-back Muhammad Imran and forwards Muhammad Rizwan Senior and Muhammad Umar Bhutta slammed hat-tricks as Pakistan got off to an emphatic start in the XVII Asian Games Hockey Tournament when they thrashed Sri Lanka 14-0 here on Saturday.

LAHORE, June 8 (APP)- Coach of Pakistan hockey team, Khawaja Mohammad Junaid has termed the tour of Europe of greater significance serving  as effective medium to make amends in the overall showing of the team ahead of the Olympics. “It is a very high profile tour as we will be playing world’s best teams in next ten days and it is an ideal opportunity to overcome gray areas and to use this tour to gear up for Olympics”, he told APP here on Friday on the eve of departure of the team for Europe.
