Rs.15.242 billion budget presented for GB PDF Print E-mail
GILGIT, June 20 (APP): The Pakistan Peoples Party Government presented Rs.15.242 annual budget of Gilgit-Baltstan as Finance Minister Muhammad Ali Akhtar read out the budget speech in a live telecast session which also witnessed boycott of the opposition benches but withdrawn soon. The budget session began with recitation of Holy Quran as Speaker Legislative Assembly Wazir Baig presided over the session.  The minister said Rs.8170.632 million are allocated for non-development activities while Rs7268.632 million will be development budget.
